This is a M1907 Wilkinson Sword Bayonet for the SMLE (Short Magazine Lee–Enfield) MKIII.
This would have been used in WWI by the British Empire and seems to have seen it’s fair share of use. Though it is fully intact, rust patches on the blade and scabbard can be seen as well as a gash down the side of the scabbard. Some collectors find obvious signs of use such as this quite appealing due to the history and stories that can be told by such marks. A great historical example of the harsh WWI trenches just waiting to be displayed.
