All these shells are in similar condition with a few rust patches here and there but generally all in good condition.
All these shells are inert and would have been used in WW2 by the US Navy. They are designated High Explosive Tracer rounds for use in the twin and quad mounted Bofors Guns introduced in 1942 for anti-aircraft use.
