Description
A great example of a Belgian pinfire revolver from the 1880’s.
This pistol features a 6 shot cylinder for 7mm rounds.
Belgian proof marked along with numerous other stampings. This Revolver appears to have been made by banc d’epreuves des armes a feu in Liege.
Stampings can also be seen across the cylinder “The Colonial Pattern 1886”.
The cylinder and frame are all of a smooth design with only very minor signs of wear throughout. Whereas the grips are of a chequered pattern.
The trigger is a folding type and the barrel is an 70mm octagonal type.
The condition is absolutely fine with all parts functioning perfectly in full working order.
Certainly a lovely revolver that would look just terrific on display!
