This is a German tinnie. These were given out to individuals to recognise their participation in events. The event could be a fund raiser, a celebration or other activities. They would usually be made cheaply of either plastic or metal, this one being made of metal. It is in considerably good condition as these can often be found quite deteriorated and the pin on the back still functions as intended.
