A stunning example of a mid 1800’s pocket pistol!
This pistol features an octagonal steel barrel which is inscribed with makers name ‘H Heard of Devonport’.
Birmingham proof marks are present.
As can be seen from the photos this pistol also features a concealed trigger and dolphin style hammer, scroll engraved decoration and walnut stock.
All functionalities of the pistol are working solidly and the general state-condition of it is frankly remarkable.
Besides a few signs of age it is in fantastic condition and would look simply stunning on display!
